The Ministry of Foreign Relations restates that the Federation's policy is set by the Federation alone.
The Federation of Unity conducts its foreign relations as a sovereign enterprise state. Its policy is determined by the Federal Board in the interest of its shareholders, and by no other body.
The Federation does not accept that supranational institutions may direct the economic or political organisation of a sovereign state. It will continue to cooperate with any partner on terms of mutual benefit, and to decline any arrangement that would subordinate its decisions to others.
The Federation's model of public ownership under efficient management has delivered stability and shared prosperity. It is not offered for export, and it is not open to negotiation.
