The conditions attached to every International Travel Authorisation, including the mandatory Date of Return.
1. Purpose
An International Travel Authorisation permits a citizen of the Federation to travel abroad for a stated purpose and a stated period.
2. Classification
Every authorisation is classified Temporary. No authorisation permits residence abroad.
3. Date of Return

The holder is responsible for arranging return travel that arrives in the Federation on or before the Date of Return.
4. Failure to return
Failure to return within the authorised period may result in federal review and enforcement proceedings.
5. Applications
Applications are made to the Directorate of Consular Services at least thirty days before the date of departure.
